A new gallery named "Art+Fact" has been opened in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. Two exhibitions simultaneously took place in different halls. "PICTORIMAGIC'10" presented 55 works from World Siberian Pictorial Biennale 
Pinhole project was comfortably accommodated in the second hall, which is an authentic bomb-shelter. This fact is quite symbolic for the present situation in this field of Photo Art. After the exhibition had been closed, the refurbishment took place there, and soon this placement will turn into a real Mecca of fine arts 
Boris Gollender (researcher of local history, writer, historian and collector) during his opening speech at the exhibition not only vividly told about the history of photography but also showed his keen interest in its present achievements
